2006 Vidal Icewine
The grapes were grown by Watson's Farm in Niagara-on-the-Lake and harvested in late January and early February 2007. The harvest was late due to a prolongued Spring, with the first day of Icewine harvest not coming until January 17. I bought 21L of juice, which was settled before pick up in the second week of March.
